Design & Experience

Design starts before the screen

Good design begins with understanding people.

A useful digital experience starts with understanding the people using it and the job they need to get done. We explore the problem, clarify the important journeys and shape an interface your team can confidently build and improve.

  • Real users and real tasks
  • Business goals and constraints
  • Decisions your delivery team can use

Common questions

Do we need a finished brief?

No. We can start with the challenge, existing research or a rough idea and agree what needs to be learned first.

Can you work with our developers?

Yes. Design can be planned alongside your in-house team or a development partner, with the handoff agreed for your workflow.

Will the design be tested with users?

Testing can be included where it is useful and appropriate. We will agree the audience, method and scope before starting.
